1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create a paid subscription.
Users 13–17 may use the Service only with a parent or legal guardian’s involvement.
The parent/guardian must review and agree to these Terms and be responsible for any payments.
If we learn an account is operated by a minor without appropriate consent, we may suspend or terminate it.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including your name, email, and gamertag.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

By uploading or submitting box score images or related data, you agree that your gamertag and associated performance statistics may be displayed on public leaderboards within the Service.
Leaderboards are visible to other users and non-users.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use the gamertag you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of leaderboard data, and we may update, correct, or remove entries at our discretion.

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. BoxScore Labs does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term — no partial or prorated refunds are provided.
All sales are final except where required by law.
We may change our subscription pricing, but we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before changes take effect.
By starting or maintaining a paid plan, you represent that you are 18+ or that a parent/guardian is the account holder responsible for the subscription and payment.
Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or selectively omit stat submissions for the purpose of misleading or gaming leaderboard results.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
Upload or transmit any content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws.

We aim to keep BoxScore Labs running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

All content, design, and software associated with the Service are owned by BoxScore Labs.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service’s underlying code, design, or proprietary content without our permission.
However, you are welcome — and encouraged — to take and share screenshots or images of your own account, stats, or dashboards from the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that could harm the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will stop immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, secure, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxScore Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
