Wednesday, October 14 was a FULL day in the Midwest Esports Association — 12 games, wall to wall. But one performance towers above everything else. xvNen of Krashout 2K went absolutely nuclear in Game 2 against Ice in our veins, dropping 46 points in an 87-52 dismantling that wasn't close after the first quarter. Krashout 2K had already beaten Ice in our veins earlier in the day 62-54, so by the time the final horn sounded, they'd outscored them by 43 combined. Krashout 2K are now riding a 9-game win streak at 17-3. They are not playing around.

The all-around performance of the night? That belongs to Deedthegod of Red Tape. In a 76-59 road win over Hoop Dreams, Deedthegod put up a genuine triple-double — 10 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists, plus 2 blocks. Meanwhile, SmooveAp poured in 39 points to give Red Tape two elite lines in the same game. Red Tape won that one convincingly, but Hoop Dreams got the last laugh — they swept the day's series 2-1 against Red Tape, including a 71-63 road win earlier. Hoop Dreams are playing their best ball right now, going 3-0 on the day across all matchups.

For The Dawgs had one of the wildest days in the league — they went 2-2, playing FOUR games. ITS BLike was an absolute monster in the frontcourt, racking up 22 rebounds and 10 assists in the home blowout of Turtles N Sharks (81-63), then turning around and grabbing 18 boards and 10 assists in the loss to ZULU. That double-double effort wasn't enough to stop ZULU, who swept For The Dawgs in both matchups today and now sit on a 5-game win streak. Fendiii Reborn led the way for ZULU with 27 in the close 62-59 home win.

Over in the Deadeye-Mean Streets series, Deadeye went 1-1 on the day but the wins are what matter — they're now 17-3 and on a 7-game tear. Mean Streets gave them a real fight in Game 1, trailing by just three at the final horn 78-75, with Zendior II dropping 32 for Mean Streets in a losing effort. Deadeye answered with a dominant 80-59 win in Game 2, holding Mean Streets to just 4 points in the third quarter. Im Venom led Deadeye with 32 in that one. At the top of the league, More Than Enough remain untouched at 18-0 — the only perfect record in the MEA.
