LogoLarry of Hoop Dreams went absolutely NUCLEAR: 40 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists — a full-blown triple-double — and Hoop Dreams STILL lost to New Vision, 88-87. Forty points. A triple-double. A loss. That's the kind of night that keeps you up staring at the ceiling.

But here's the twist — the two teams ran it back immediately, and Hoop Dreams got their revenge. In Game 2, xHydra2k took over with 32 points and 17 assists — a double-double of his own — as Hoop Dreams edged New Vision 94-92. Vushami of New Vision was brilliant across both games, posting double-doubles in each (36 pts/13 ast in the loss, 29 pts/16 ast in the win), but it wasn't enough to sweep. One win apiece. The rivalry is ALIVE.

No Loyalty Needed had themselves a full-on party against Turkey, sweeping a doubleheader in dominant fashion. In Game 1 at home, they dropped 100 points — IPlaymakerEI went off for 31 points and 13 assists (double-double), while Tyy ODT quietly put together a triple-double: 16 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists. Then in Game 2, JayWavyy ODT poured in 34 and Tyy ODT did it AGAIN — another triple-double, this time 14 points, 13 boards, and 11 dimes. No Loyalty Needed is now on a 3-game winning streak and looking like a problem.

Dawg Mentality kept their momentum rolling, taking down New Vision 88-81 behind a monster night from Trust In Dre — 38 points and 12 assists, good for a double-double. ShyMoola hauled in 14 rebounds to anchor the glass. That's win number two in a row for Dawg Mentality, who continue to flex as one of the deeper rosters in the league. Elsewhere, Sock Monsters handled Turkey 83-64 behind ClipsNYCTTV's 21 points and a 12-rebound performance from PHaceBateman, and Lean Team turned back U Know 80-70 as LTMaal went for 25 points and 17 assists to do a little bit of everything.
