The headliner of the day is LogoLarry. The Hoop Dreams star went absolutely nuclear — 40 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists. Triple-double. One of the best all-around lines you'll see all season. And Hoop Dreams still lost Game 1 to New Vision, 88-87. One point. That's it. Vushami ran the show for New Vision with 36 points and 13 assists in that one — a double-double of his own — and it was just enough. But the series wasn't done. Game 2 flipped the script: Hoop Dreams went on the road and took it 94-92, with xHydra2k going off for 32 points and 17 assists — a double-double — and LogoLarry again grabbing 11 boards. Vushami had another double-double (29 and 16 dimes) in the loss. Two games, two one-possession finishes, two completely different winners. That's must-watch basketball.

No Loyalty Needed had themselves a full-on statement day, sweeping Turkey in a three-game set. They dropped 100 in the middle game — IPlaymakerEI went for 31 points and 13 assists (double-double), while Tyy ODT posted a triple-double in BOTH games: 14 points, 13 rebounds, 11 assists in one, and 16 points, 13 rebounds, 11 assists in the other. In the third game, JayWavyy ODT added 34 points to seal the sweep. No Loyalty Needed has now won three straight and is climbing. Turkey, meanwhile, also dropped a game to Sock Monsters today — 83-64 — making it a rough Friday for the bird. PHaceBateman pulled down 12 boards for Sock Monsters and ClipsNYCTTV led the scoring with 21.

Elsewhere, Dawg Mentality handled business against New Vision, 88-81, behind Trust In Dre's ridiculous 38-point, 12-assist double-double performance. ShyMoola added 14 rebounds for good measure. Dawg Mentality has now won two straight and continues to look like one of the most dangerous teams in the league. And Lean Team picked up a 80-70 win over U Know, with LTMaal doing it all — 25 points and 17 assists to lead the way.
