PHaceBateman's jumper with 4:19 left in the third quarter put Sock Monsters ahead 33-31 — and they never gave that lead back. It wasn't clean, it wasn't comfortable, but Sock Monsters survived a furious Above Gravity fourth-quarter push to close out a 54-50 win, improving to 4-2 going into this one and now sitting at 8-2 on the season.

Vibe Tb was the story of the night — and the heartbreak of it. Playing for Above Gravity, Vibe Tb dropped 25 points on 10-of-16 FG and 5-of-10 from three, torching the defense all night long. With the game slipping away at 1:03 to go, MoonSurferTV hit a three to make it 49-47, and ItzLxg1c drained a three at 0:03.6 to pull Above Gravity within 52-50 — but that's as close as it got. ItSxBiGxTonE sealed it at the line, going 2-of-2 FT to push the final to 54-50. IIMarrII quietly went 5-of-9 from three for 15 points with 7 assists and 0 turnovers, and Dark Chaos3 hauled in a double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds.

Above Gravity came in at 0-6 and showed flashes — Juicexbhf posted a double-double of their own with 11 points and 15 rebounds — but the losing skid continues in Midwest Esports Association play.
