LogoLarry buried the dagger. With 22.7 seconds left in overtime, LogoLarry drained a three to put Deadeye up 51-48 — the go-ahead bucket that Dawg Mentality simply could not answer. LogoLarry then iced it at the line, finishing with 15 pts, 5 ast, and a clean 3-of-3 FT line with 0 turnovers. That was the ballgame: Deadeye 53, Dawg Mentality 50.

Im Vxnom was the engine all night, dropping a game-high 25 pts on 10-of-17 FG with 3 steals, and it was Im Vxnom's jumper at 1:44 in OT that first flipped the lead to Deadeye 46-44. On the other side, IISumo was an absolute force for Dawg Mentality — 16 pts and 16 reb on 8-of-11 FG, a double-double that deserved a better fate. Best Breaks chipped in 10 ast to keep Dawg Mentality in it, and iiG3neii's jumper with 7.1 seconds left in regulation tied it at 44-44 and sent this one to extra time.

Deadeye came in at 3-0 and keep rolling in the Midwest Esports Association. Dawg Mentality drops to 0-1 heading into this one and will need to regroup fast after a heartbreaker that went right down to the wire.
