Deadeye didn't ease into Season 19 — they stomped. From the opening tip, Above Gravity never led for a single second, and Deadeye built their largest advantage to 34 points in a wire-to-wire 77-43 blowout. The lead never changed hands. Not once. Deadeye spent 19:40 in front. This one was over before it started.

The story was Im Vxnom, who put up a jaw-dropping 40 points on 15-of-21 FG and 10-of-15 from three — one of the most efficient scoring performances you'll see in the Midwest Esports Association. LogoLarry backed that up with 28 points and 4 assists on 12-of-20 FG, finishing the fourth quarter with a flurry of baskets in the paint that salted this thing away for good. On the glass, Boardman IBI quietly grabbed 14 rebounds and finished with 0 turnovers, while streamer iHoopIQ chipped in 11 rebounds and went a perfect 1-of-1 FG. For Above Gravity, Vibe Tb battled with 21 points and Juicexbhf added 13 points, 7 rebounds, and went 3-of-3 FT — but there was no stopping this freight train.

Above Gravity came in 0-2, having already dropped a game to Mean Streets earlier the same day — and this loss makes things even steeper. Deadeye, meanwhile, announced themselves loud and clear.
