Friday, July 24th was an absolute WILD one in the Clutch Time Association — seven games, a three-game series between two squads, a 106-point blowout, and a one-man wrecking crew in the dog pound. Let's get into it.

The headliner of the day was the Costal dynasty vs. On the come up trilogy — yes, TRILOGY — and it did not disappoint. Costal dynasty took the series two games to one, but it wasn't clean. On the come up stole the middle game 80–70, outscoring Costal dynasty 25–15 in the fourth quarter to flip the script. But the real story is what Ayejrock did across this entire series: 33, 37, and 34 points in three consecutive games, good for a double-double in Game 3 with 15 assists to go with 34 points. That's not a hot night — that's a takeover. xclusivchris also went absolutely nuclear in Game 1, posting a triple-double with 10 points, 15 rebounds, and 11 assists to help Costal dynasty edge out an 86–83 win. Meanwhile, SCethangreen and Zxqcrz both put up double-doubles for On the come up in a losing effort — 16 assists and 11 assists respectively — so it wasn't for a lack of trying on their end.

Up in the mountains, Ski university was doing Ski university things. They stomped Elevate 106–70 in the first matchup — a 36-point beatdown where Crazykyski went for 35 points and 13 assists (double-double), and iijot13 quietly ran the show with a double-double of his own: 20 assists, 10 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 steals. TWENTY assists. In one game. Go home. Ski university then went on the road and handled Elevate again, 99–77, with ChrisJayoski dropping 41 points to lead the way. Elevate is on a two-game skid and getting swept in their own building is not the vibe.

Down in the dawg pound, TDBxANKLEZ had himself a Friday. The Certified dawgz guard went for 38 points and 11 assists — a double-double — in a 100–72 demolition of the Belt Boyz at home, then backed it up with 29 points and 8 assists in an earlier 81–69 road win over those same Belt Boyz. Two games, two wins, and Certified dawgz are now riding a two-game winning streak. The Belt Boyz meanwhile have dropped six straight and are in a real tough spot at 4–12. Ski university sits at 18–1 with a 15-game win streak — at some point you just have to tip your hat.
